Records and Reports Fee Schedule
The Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office only maintains records from cases initiated by our agency. For cases initiated by other law enforcement agencies, please contact that agency's custodian of records.
Record requests that are completed in under 30 minutes are provided at no cost*. For all records fees that take longer than 30 minutes, the following fee schedule will apply (note: all costs shall not exceed the actual cost of providing the service):

Please ensure the Payment Location Code (PLC) # is set to 4359 - Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office. Payments can be submitted online for Advance Fees, Driving Record Requests, Fingerprints, General Execution Payments, Records Requests, Room and Board, and SOR Fees. Other payments must be first arranged with our front office.
