Driver Injured in Single Vehicle Crash on I380

On 3/14/22, around 1836 hours, deputies and La Porte City Fire and EMS were dispatched to the area of Interstate I380 northbound, north of Poyner road for a single-vehicle accident involving a Red Cross cargo van and a deer. The driver was transported by La Porte City Fire and EMS to Mercy One Waterloo with non-life-threatening injuries.
