On March 7, 2024 at approximately 1602 hours, Deputies were called to the intersection of Elk Run Rd and Osage Rd for a report of a two car accident. A van failed to yield at a stop sign and was struck by a box truck. The driver and passenger of the van were transported to Allen Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the box truck was uninjured. The driver of the van was cited for failure to stop and yield right of way.
